D Mol revamp Montenegro Eurovision 2019 song "Heaven"

A few weeks ago we reported that D Mol was crowned the winners of Montenegro’s national selection show, Montevizija, with the song “Heaven” and were therefore set to represent the country at the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest.

Now, less than two months to go to the contest in Tel Aviv, the song has had a complete revamp. Making use of traditional instruments and featuring violinist Vili Ferdinand, they have added a much-needed dimension to the song which really brings it to life. Alongside the group’s tight harmonies, this should be enough to make the song stand out in the competition.

As well as this, the group also dropped a music video for the song which highlights the beauty of their country, featuring breathtaking scenes of mountains and beaches.

The 2019 Eurovision Song Contest will be hosted at the Expo Tel Aviv in Israel after Netta won last year with the song “Toy”. The two Semi-Finals will take place on 14 May and 16 May with the Grand Final taking place on 18 May. A total of 41 countries will compete in the contest.
